Yuvagrow Boondi Ladoo

• Boondi ladoo is sweet for every happy occasion, festival or event. Although several variants of Boondi Ladoos are made in different parts of the country. The variety is made with Bengal gram flour called besan. Droplets of well mixed bengal gram batter are deep fried in oil and soaked in sugar syrup, and mixed with cashew, raisins and then shaped into round balls to make ladoo. Boondi ladoo is prepared for all major festivals like Diwali, Sankranthi, Raksha Bandhan, Ugadi and Dasara.

Ingredients: Gram flour, Pure ghee, Elachi, Cashews, Raisins & Sugar.

Shelf life: Up to 10 Days.
