Terms of service

1. Overview. Our stores are operated by Mayomark Commerce, Inc. (“we,” “us”), a North Carolina corporation. By using any of our storefronts or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to every Mayomark storefront and to the checkout at shop.mayomark.com.

2. Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you're ordering for a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

3. Products, pricing & availability. We work to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, change prices, or limit or discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or availability error, we'll notify you and refund any charge.

4. Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or an error). A charge or confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the item ships.

5. Payment. Payment is due at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, returns & risk of loss. Delivery estimates, customs responsibility and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to those policies.

7. Acceptable use. Don't use our sites unlawfully, infringe our or others' rights, attempt to disrupt them, or scrape or misuse content.

8. Intellectual property. Site content and our brand names — including Mayomark, DivasTrends, Kairalis, Adya Travels, LaborsMarket, Lalkila, Logicdart, Mamallama Handcrafts, RidersLot, Thankam, Uduppi and Yogasram — are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. Our sites and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with its date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
