Who we are. Our stores are operated by Mayomark Commerce, Inc., 226 Woodrow St, Reidsville, NC 27320, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. It covers all of our storefronts and the checkout at shop.mayomark.com.

Information we collect.

• You give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details when you make a purchase or contact us.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments and the card networks). We do not store full card numbers.
• Automatically: basic device and browsing data (via cookies and similar technologies) to operate the store, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, improve our stores, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Across our stores. Because our storefronts share one commerce system, your customer account and order history are held once by Mayomark Commerce, Inc. rather than separately per brand. We do this so we can support any order you place with us, wherever you placed it.

Who we share it with. Service providers who help us operate: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, and, for items they fulfil, our supplier partners — each only to the extent needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies. We use cookies to run the store and, where applicable, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to opt out of marketing or the “sale/sharing” of personal information. To exercise any right, email support@mayomark.com and we'll respond as required by law.

Data retention & security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children. Our stores are not directed to children under 13 (or the age set by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
