• Celery seeds
• Carom seeds
• Nigella seeds
• Black pepper
• Ceylon leadwort
• Common juniper
• Spiked ginger lily
• Black cumin seeds
• Balances Vata and Kapha dosha

Dose

Vaidyaratnam Thakrarishta Choornam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.

• Drink the tonic twice a day
• Should be taken after meals
• Children may have 2.5-5ml of the tonic a day
• Adults may have 10-20ml of the tonic a day
• Senior citizens may have 5-10ml of the tonic a day
• Mix with 100-200ml of water before drinking the tonic
