Ingredients:

• Salt, Corriander, Dry mango, Fennel, Chillies, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Pomegranate, Nigella, Cardamom seeds, Cassia, Ginger

Usage:

• To prepare the Karela, scrape and slit through the center. Generously stuff with masala and bind each individual Karela shut thread. Saut’c the Karela with sliced onions till they are cooked all the way through.
