Roopak's Aloo Puri Masala

Ingredients:

• Fenugreek seeds,Dry mango, Anis, Kachri, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Chillies.

Directions to Use:

• Heat 2 table spoons of oil. Add 4 tea spoons of Aloo Puri Masala and a few heaped table spoons of creamy yogurt and stir on low heat for a few minutes. Then add 4 medium-sized potatoes cut into dice and a cup of water. Allow it to simmer away gently till it is ready. Accompany with hot freshly fried puris for a perfect and comforting meal.
