Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Onion, Coriander, IodisedSalt, Garlic, Black pepper, Fenugreek, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg], Mace, Ginger, Black Cumin

Directions :

• Clean one Chicken (800 grns) remove skin and cut into eight Pieces.

• Fry five (medium size) grated onions in tour table spoon oil till golden brown.

• Make paste by mixing five tea spoon of r7Pa 9 IaChicken a:VaTAd this paste fried onions stir for g cup of minutes.

• Add two cup tomato puree 8, stir till the oil separates from rnasala.

• Add Chicken pieces and salt (according to taste) and cook on high flame for five minutes.

• Add two cup water to boil cover and cook till the chicken is fully done
