About the Product:

• The essence of natural sugarcane is collected to make natural jaggery. The Colour of jaggery varies from brown to dark brown depending upon season and storage conditions. The faint and fair color of jaggery signifies adulteration during processing which imparts golden yellow color.

• Natural sugarcane juice, Okhra pulp as a clarifying agent, and nothing else!

• Natural sugarcane is collected based on its moisture and sucrose content. Sugarcane juice is then extracted and collected in iron wok(kadai). The collected juice is then heated inside the wok. okra(Bhindi) pulp is used as a clarifying agent and added while heating. It separates the impurities present in the sugarcane juice. The boiling mixture is stirred till it becomes a syrup texture. The liquid jaggery is then poured into molds and kept for cooling. The resultant is jaggery block that we serve with love.
