Mother's Recipe Mom's Style Khatta Dhokla Instant Mix

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Bengal Gram Flour (Udad Dal), Semolina, Wheat Flour, Sugar Powder, Edible Common Salt

Instructions:

• In a bowl take 1 cup (200 ml) water, 2 tbsp oil (25 ml), 3 tbsp fresh or sour yogurt (Dahi). Mix well and keep aside. Add Khatta Dhokla mix gradually.
• Blend gently for 1 minute until the batter is smooth. Grease 2 baking trays with oil. Pour equal quantities of batter into each and sprinkle some black pepper powder & red chilli powder.
