Mother's Recipe Mom's Style Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix

Ingredients: Gram Flour, Sugar, Semolina, Raising Agent (INS 500(ii)), Acidity Regulators (INS 330 & INS 262(ii)), Wheat Flour, Edible Common Salt, and Turmeric Powder.

Instructions:

• Blend 1 cup ( 250 ml) water with 2 tbsp oil (25 ml). Pour this into Khaman Dhokla Mix gradually, Blend gently.
• Immediately pour the batter in Dhokala thali or tray greased with oil.
• Stream on high flame for 15 minutes. If a pressure cooker is used do not apply weight/whistle. Remove & allow to cool for 5 – 7 minutes. Cut into 4 – 5 cm cubes.
