FittR biTes Oats Idli Mix

Ingredients:
  • Instant oats powder
  • sooji (Semolina)
  • split Bengal gram
  • Spices - salt, mustard seeds, jeera,
  • dehydrated curry leaves

Directions to Use:

  • Add 1/2 cup measure thick curd and ½ cup measure water to 1 cup measure of idli mix. Mix it well. Keep the batter aside for 10 mins.
  • Meanwhile, grease the idli molds with some oil or ghee.
  • Pour the batter in the idli molds and cook in idli steamer for 10 mins.
