Baidyanath Balant Kadha No.1 should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below tips are followed to have the decoction.

• Take the Kadha after meals
• Take 2-4 tablespoons of the tonic per day
• Mix an equal amount of water with the kadha before consumption
• Should be given to new mothers for the first 10 days after delivery
