Dosa Mix is a combination of Rice, Salem idly rice, and Black gram (urad dal). Just pour water and mix it with hand. Allow it to soak for a couple of hours. Dosa batter is ready to use. Prepare sambar with Ammae sambar mix for a good combination

How to use:

• Step 1: Take Required Quantity of Ammae Instant Dosa Mix, Add Required Salt.
• Step 2: Add Water Gradually, Mix Without Lumps to Idli batter Consistency
• Step 3: Set this aside for 2 hrs and batter will be Ready for yummy Dosa's
• Step 4: This Pack will yield approximately 8 to 10 Dosa's of Medium Size.
